We originally chose Regal Shelf & Mirror to install the glass walls and doors for our steam shower and our kids' bathtub/shower. The quality of their work has stood the test of time. Over the years, the bottom door seal has naturally worn out with use, and I've only needed to replace it twice in the past 15 years. Each time I've gone back, I've received outstanding after-installation support. Today's visit was no exception. The replacement trim was in stock, so there was no need to special order it, and Jes was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to share helpful tips and tricks for cutting, installing, and getting the best performance from the new seal. Bravo! This is exactly what excellent customer service looks like. We just had shower and water closet glass doors installed in our ensuite by the team at Regal Shelf and Mirror. We could not be happier with the work they did . Jess was amazing at putting together what we wanted and  Kyle came out and measured so everything fit perfectly. The team that came out installed it all in a few hours . Everyone we met with were friendly and informative. Professional, on time , quality product and work right from the first meeting ! I do not normally write reviews so this says a lot. I was looking for hardware to install wire shelves, and the only place I could find exactly what I needed was Regal Shelf & Mirror. Josh helped me out and provided all the parts I needed to get everything set up properly. On top of that, he didn’t charge me anything.
